Jewellery Techniques| 3 Hours| One-to-one tuition
All tutors work are professional jewellers or are jewellery trade specialists who are willing to share their expertise and trade secrets with you.
Course Description
A course of exploration, intuition and discovery of the potential for your conceptual ideas.

This fast paced design course is an introduction to the intuitive conceiving of 3 dimensional shapes that have the potential to form future contemporary jewellery.
​
Throughout the course you’ll progress several of your conceptual or illustrative ideas into 3D paper forms, the activity and interaction with 3-dimension will create a dialogue about future possibilities.
During this process and with tutor guidance you’ll deliberate scale, wearability and possible production techniques that could enable a 3D paper form into a model ready for casting.

This course has been designed to provide you with a tried and tested creative process for translating a rough design concept into a tangible identifiable design idea.

The course date is arranged upon request on a date that suits you,

All dates / times of course sessions are subject to tutor availability.

Start time is generally 10am GMT London Time but this can be adjusted slightly to suit.

About the Course Fee
A large portion of the course fee quoted is paid to the tutor, because, it’s their expertise that you pay for.
​
Where there is a selection of tutors, course, fee's may vary due to individual tutor requirements for teaching.
In addition a there is a small fee for arranging your course which is included in the total course fee.

Payment
Course fee payment is required in advanced by BACS Bank Transfer invoice or IBAN for international students.
​
Vat/Tax is not applicable

Design materials are included.
You will need to bring your sketch book with several basic design ideas that you would like to use as part of the course practise.

Booking Information
Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance and payments are handled safely and securely by BACS Bank Transfer invoicing (IBAN for International students.

Instalments
Some courses are available to pay in instalments, whereby a non-refundable deposit is required to book your course date. Please ask for details if this is of interest to you.
Booking Terms

Once you have booked a cancellation fee of £80* will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your course up to and including 14 days prior to the start of the course once your payment has been received.

Cancellations received within 14 days of the course date are not eligible for a refund, however you may re-arrange your course for one other date if you wish.

Should we need to cancel your course due to unforeseen circumstances we will refund your course fee in full.

Practical Courses | Covid-19 If a course has to be postponed in order to comply with Public Health England guidelines, we will in the first instance rearrange the course on a mutually convenient date, however if we are not able to do this within 3 months of your original course date due to ongoing Lockdown restrictions we will refund your course fee payment in full.

* Amount is variable depending on the duration and type of the course. When you enquire, out quote reply will provide the actual cancellation amount applicable.
*£80 applies to a standard half or one day course.
