Wait to hear if the course will proceed as planned.

EASY PAY

INSTALMENTS

Your payment is made in two instalments.

Payment 1

Your first payments  is 50% of the course fee, this is your deposit which is non-refundable should you cancel.

Payment 2

Your second payment is your balance payment due 2 weeks prior to the course date. 

All payments are handled safely and securely by PayPal Invoicing.

 

You don't need a PayPal account to make your payment. 

You may choose to pay  the course fee in full when booking. Just advise this preference on the booking form.

Other Information

Please be aware i cannot accept any responsibility for travel or accommodation arrangements you may have made should a course cancellation occur. If you think you may be affected by this you should contact your insurance broker for advice about personal insurance coverage.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations of less than two weeks’ notice, I may however be able to transfer your course fee payment to an alternative course, subject to availability.

  • If you need to cancel your course reservation you must give me a minimum of two weeks’ notice before the course start date by email. A cancellation fee is applicable which is the amount of your 1st instalment (Deposit payment) . This amount will be deducted from your refund if you decided to pay in full when.

  • Your course may be cancelled if there are not enough student reservations to make it viable, should this occur you will be notified at least two weeks before the course start date, and be refunded your deposit payment in full, via PayPal.  

 

  • Should I need to cancel your course due to other unforeseen circumstances I will contact you immediately and arrange a full refund of your course fee.
