About
Mandy is a graduate of The Royal College of Art who established her own creative studio in 1990. Originally training as a jeweller her expertise is in the field of contemporary jewellery.
Her main three passions are colour, pattern and technique; the lightness and possibilities for bright and brilliant colour effect in Anodised Aluminium led her to work primarily in this metal in which she produces one-off jewellery commissions and batch production jewellery for commercial collections, but also on occasion using other materials such as Wood, Papier Mache, Felt, Taffeta and Acrylic.

Mandy is an officer of the International Feltmakers Association, a member of the Makers Guild in Wales, the Association of Contemporary Jewellery (ACJ) and MaP, a textile group.
She has exhibited widely in the UK, Europe, Japan, USA and Canada and she has over 30 year's experience as a tutor at all levels.
