How to Market a new Jewellery Design

Helping your move forward from the production line.

This course session aims to help you focus on who your ideal customer is for your new jewellery line and what the possibilities could be for retail / gallery placement.

 

Session preparation

You will need to bring:

- A short summary that describes your ideal customer for this particular product.

- Your research undertaken to identify possible competitors with similar category Jewellery products.

- Your completed ready for sale jewellery product.

- Sample or researched examples of the branding chosen to represent the item.

 

With tutor guidance you will review all the material bought in and discuss the retail potential for the new product which includes;

  • Is your company and product branding cohesive, and ready for a new product launch.

  • How to identify the match: Your product – your idea client –your ideal retailer

  • Identifying your USP

  • First Impressions : Approaching a potential  Jewellery Retailer or Gallery

  • Exclusivity & Terms of sale : Pros and Cons

  • Creating an enduring  supplier to retailer relationship

 

 

OUTCOME

You will be looking at your new product with fresh eyes through the observations of the consultant tutor.

Through discussions about your new product and the research findings you bring in, he will offer guidance during the session to enable you to formulate a launch strategy for approaching jewellery retailers about your new Jewellery product.

About the Course Fee

A large portion of the course fee is paid to the tutor., because, it’s their expertise  and time that you are paying for.

 

In addition a there is a small fee for arranging your course which is included in the total course fee. 

Payment is required in advance and handled safely and securely by PayPal invoicing.

You don't need a Paypal account you can make your payment as a guest and use your debit or credit card.

 

Vat is not applicable

How to Book
1. Choose your date

 Decide when you might like your course to take place.

 

2. Make a Course Enquiry

Advise your details on the form provided.

 

Booking Information

Once you have paid for your course a cancellation fee of £55 will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your course up to and including 4 days prior to the start of the course..Cancellations received within 4 days of the course date are not eligible for a refund, however you may re-arrange your course for another date if you wish. 

 

Should we need to cancel your course due to unforeseen circumstances I will refund your course fee in full.

What is the course date?

The course date is set by you, so that you can attend a course at your convenience, without disrupting your normal business practise.

 

All dates are of course subject to tutor availability.

 

Simply enquire about a couple of preferred course date options and I will check the tutor availability for you.

For a 3 Hour course please advise if you prefer a 9.30am or 1.30 pm start time.

Lunch is not provided, however there is a short break for tea/coffee.

Flexible to suit, usually 9.30am to 12.30pm for a 3 hour session.

Tea/Coffee are provided during the course. You may bring botled water if you wish.

Birmingham Jewellery Quarter has its own station.

It's about a 5 minute taxi ride or a 15 minute walk from the centre of Birmingham to the Jewellery Quarter.
