Loree B / Goldsmith

Loree is a Designer and Goldsmith with almost 30 year's  trade experience, who has her own Jewellery business based in Nottingham.

Originally from the USA she began her career in Connecticut by undertaking a  BA in Applied Arts, specialising in Jewellery, her work was subsequently recognised and awarded by the Connecticut Jewellers Association.

She has been based in the UK for the last 10 years and her wide range of experience in the Jewellery trade in the UK and USA has also included creating seasonal collections, bespoke design work, trend evaluation and buying jewellery collections at European and Far East Trade fairs.

Loree creates handmade contemporary jewellery and occasionally uses technology to enhance a making process, she works in a variety of materials including Platinum, 18ct Gold, Silver, Diamonds and Gemstones.

A supporter of Fairtrade practises, Loree seraches for more environmental choices to use in her work and she is a registered Fair Trade goldsmith who buys her diamonds from suppliers who use the certified Kimberly Process.
