Professional Development for Retail Product Knowledge
This course is designed to assist Jewellery Retail sales staff become a confident, credible retail sellers of modern Jewellery, by providing essential jewellery product knowledge and some important insight into sales methodology.
Although you may have some basic knowledge of Jewellery, this cohesive training is aimed at helping you communicate with customers about a variety of Jewellery types, emphasizing appealing and important Jewellery characteristics, in order to provide accurate information and increase sales potential.

Selling Jewellery is a skill that requires a combination of two areas of importance and this course focuses on Jewellery & Gemstone product knowledge and knowing the right questions to ask customers to determine their needs, both critical for a confident sales approach and the ability to answer questions about Jewellery stock, from what precious materials they are created from; how they are made to what their important characteristics are.

What is the course date?
All private tuition courses are arranged upon request on a date to suit you, subject to tutor availability.
We will provides some course dates for you to choose from or you can ask about a course date or day of the week preference.
About the Course Fee
Courses are priced individually because the course fee is based upon the fee a tutor charges to take a day out their trade works to teach.
About Materials
Metals for tuition practise is NOT included in the course fee.
This is because Bespoke Courses are tailored to suit individual makers needs and their individual progress on the day of teaching. Therefore the amount of materials you use on the day cannot be determined in advance, and you pay the tutor direct on the day for the metal you use for practice.

Booking/Payment Information
Payment is required in advance and payments are handled safely and securely by BACS Bank Transfer invoicing (IBAN SWIFT or PayPal for International students).

Instalments
Some courses are available to pay in instalments, whereby a non-refundable deposit is required to book your course date. Please ask for details if this is of interest to you.
Booking Information

Once you have booked a cancellation fee of *£95 for a one day course and £200 for a two day course will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your course up to and including 14 days prior to the start of the course once your payment has been received.

Cancellations received within 14 days of the course date are not eligible for a refund, however you may re-arrange your course for one other date if you wish.

Should we need to cancel your course due to unforeseen circumstances we will refund your course fee in full. Please note, travel and accommodation booked is not eligible for a refund/reimbursement, if you are worried about this we recommend you contact your own Insurer for advice.

* Amount is variable depending on the duration and type of the course. When you enquire, out quote reply will provide the actual cancellation amount applicable, *£95 & *£200 applies only to to a 1:1 private tuition course.
