Sebastian is a Swedish contemporary jeweller who has been based in London since 2011, whose extraordinary visions are created through the media of CAD.

A graduate of Fine Art from Konstfack University in Stockholm Sweden, his thesis on the psychological value of jewellery also created a body of work entitled “Shapes of Reality; How shapes influence our perceptions and in a way dictate  movements thoughts and conceptualization of reality”.

Through his exploration of Computer Aided Design, Sebastian’s natural aptitude has challenged traditional CAD concepts, testing limits and creating sculptural collections that defy usual CAD practises.

His working practise as a Jeweller has flourished by developing his traditional jewellery bench skills whilst originally working with the renowned Goldsmiths William Cheshire and Shaun Lean in Hatton Garden and further exploration of design by using CAD which led to him being awarded Best CAD Designer 2013 from Holts (BAJ) graduating at Goldsmith Hall ceremony.

Sebastian has also worked in collaboration with other prestigious jewellers such as Gina Melosi, Tomasz Donocik, Julian Stephens and Pruden & Smith.

Alongside his own  jewellery practise, working on bespoke jewellery commissions, he is also currently pushing his creative practice towards making larger objects such as table and hollow ware and is now learning micro diamond setting, working for the industry renowned Atelier de Pino Spitaleri where even DeBeers send some of their rings to be set.

Sebastian also teaches occasionally sharing his love of CAD Jewellery Design Technology and his philosophy that jewellery gives us a chance at creating perfection.
