To fit in with Dawn's availability and to ensure individuals get the mentoring time and content we promise we have to limit applications to 10 per year.

Mentoring Programme - Additional Information
Video Meeting Arrangements
​
All video meeting date sessions including the first one are arranged to suit you. Contact is spaced over the duration of your Mentoring programme with guidance from your Mentor to allow you time to make decisions or action any planning, alongside your normal Jewellery Business practice.
​
If you need to rearrange a meeting date you may do so, on the understanding this may extend your programme finish date slightly.
​
Video meeting times are generally 10.30am GMT but we can be a little flexible with this.
The last available meeting start time 4pm.
Live video meeting are via WhatsApp.
You will be messaged 5 minutes before your meeting to ensure you are ready and your Mentor will video call you via WhatsApp at the assigned meeting time.

Programme Payment & Instalments option
payment is required in advanced by BACS Bank Transfer invoice.
Vat is not applicable.
​
Instalment Payments
You may pay in three instalments if you wish. If you do this a non-refundable deposit of £200 is your first payment. Your balance payment must be received 7 working days before your session start date/time or your first meeting session with be postponed and re-arranged upon receipt of payment.
Booking Information
​
Once you have booked a Mentoring Programme a cancellation fee of £200 will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your Mentoring Programme up to and including 14 days prior to the start of the programme start date once your payment has been received.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the programme start date are not eligible for a refund, however you may rearrange your start date for another date within 3 months of the original date if you wish.
Should we need to cancel your Mentoring programme before the start due to unforeseen circumstances we will refund your payment in full, or proportionally for any sessions we are not able to deliver if a cancellation is unavoidable mid-programme.
