This course is specially designed for Jewellers who wish to develop their professionals skills further in the area of hand-made jewellery.


By setting your own course content you can tailor the course to suit your professional development requirements.


  • You may like to cover a particularly troublesome area that you need technical assistance with.

  • You may need to develop your skills working with a particular precious metal ie Platinum or high carat gold.

  • You make like to learn more about a particular fine jewellery technique.


  • You may like to learn a new fine jewellery technique.


You will need to bring some sacrificial jewellery items to work on during the course and bring precious metal (the tutor will offer guidance if needed)

An ideal course for fine jewellers, diamond mounters, jobbing jewellers and model makers.

​Suitable for those who have already acquired the skills required to make fine gold, silver or platinum jewellery.

Mentoring for jewellery skills and courses



This course can also be extended to two days or more if students wish to works on a mentored project with the tutor. Scheduled as either consecutive or non-consecutive days to suit.

About the course fee

A large portion of the course fee quoted is paid to the tutor. because, it’s their experience and expertise that you are paying for.


In addition a there is a small fee for arranging your course which is included in the total course fee.

Payment terms

Payment is required in advance and payments are handled safely and securely by BACS Bank Transfer invoicing.


Booking Terms

  • Once you have booked a cancellation fee of £75 will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your course up to and including 14 days prior to the start of the course once your payment has been received.


  • Cancellations received within 14 days of the course date are not eligible for a refund, however you may re-arrange your course for another date if you wish. 


  • Should I need to cancel your course due to unforeseen circumstances I will refund your course fee in full.
